Synergy Mind & Wellness is led by Aaron Sahle, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC, FNP-C, a dual-certified psychiatric mental health and family nurse practitioner with experience across mental health, family practice, emergency and trauma-informed care, managed care, addiction treatment, TMS, Spravato, and outpatient behavioral health operations.
The practice collaborates with medical and psychiatric providers to support safe, clinically appropriate care across mental health, primary care, urgent care, metabolic wellness, and advanced treatment options.

Yes. TMS therapy, Spravato, esketamine, or ketamine consultation may be available for eligible patients based on diagnosis, medical history, prior treatment response, safety screening, and provider evaluation.
Do you provide urgent care or primary care support?
Yes. Synergy Mind & Wellness may provide primary care support, sick visits, medication refills, non-emergency urgent care, labs, wellness planning, and follow-up visits when appropriate.
Do you offer medical weight loss and GLP-1 support?
Yes. Medical weight loss may include metabolic review, weight-loss planning, GLP-1 medication discussion when clinically appropriate, monitoring, lifestyle support, and follow-up visits.
