Meet the team.

Synergy Mind & Wellness is an integrated practice. Psychiatry, primary care, same-day sick visits, and medical weight loss from clinicians who share one record.

The team

Everyone answers to the same chart.

Writes the psychiatric and medical plan

AS

Aaron Sahle

MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC, FNP-C · Founder

Aaron is dual board-certified in psychiatric-mental health and family practice, which is the credential behind the whole model. The same clinician can think about sertraline and blood pressure at once.

He trained at UTHealth Houston (MSN, Family Health Nursing) and Frontier Nursing University (Post-Master's Certificate, Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing), with 10+ years of clinical experience across emergency and trauma medicine, pediatrics, geriatrics, and addiction-focused care.

His visits run on clear communication, careful medication management, and practical treatment planning.

How the practice runs

Nobody should have to educate their prescriber.

The practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-aware. In practice that means intake forms that ask, pronouns that get used, and gender-affirming care addressed with clinical depth.

Inclusive by design

Identity is context the whole team works with, in the chart and in the room.

Clinically grounded

Treatment follows evidence, and screening gates get named before any course starts.

Whole-person care

Psychiatric, medical, and metabolic plans are written by people who share a chart.

Clear next steps

You'll leave visits knowing what happens next and when.

Your first visit

What a new patient can expect.

Intake forms and insurance details are handled online before you arrive, so the visit starts with you instead of paperwork. New-patient psychiatric evaluations are booked for a full hour, and every evaluation ends with a recommended next step you could repeat back in one sentence.

After that comes the practical layer. Refills and messages go through the Charm patient portal, follow-ups get real dates, and telehealth is an option in eight states when clinically appropriate.

Good to know

In-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna/Evernorth, UnitedHealthcare/Optum, Humana, and other major plans. Coverage is not guaranteed until benefits are verified.

Self-pay is $175 for initial and follow-up sessions, with a sliding scale available.
