Telehealth sick visits are an option when clinically appropriate, in the eight licensed states. Some things need eyes, ears, and a swab in person, and the scheduler or the team will steer you right when you describe the symptoms.
After the visit
The visit ends with a plan, and the plan is written down.
Your summary, prescriptions, and any test results land in the patient portal. If symptoms aren't improving on the expected timeline, you call, and the follow-up conversation starts from your chart instead of from scratch.
